2 Layer 6" x 9" Polyester Face Mask.  This mask has ties, as elastic may degrade in extreme hot, disinfecting washes 

Inside layer is black and outside later is permanently printed with vampire lips  Perfect for that blood drawing nurse that sucks you dry at the blood donation place.

These masks are NOT medical grade, but very stylish.
